By far the worst customer service at any Best Buy I have ever been too. The people are condescending and beyond rude. I went to go purchase a TV and mount, needless to say I walked out with nothing. Canceled my Best Buy credit card and won't be back!!

My family and I just left this store without making our speaker and TV purchase. We sat in the Magnolia room looking at the things we wanted for 15 minutes. There were 5 employees standing at the room entrance just laughing and talking and not one of them came over to help. Needless to say I will make my purchase at the Perimeter location where they believe in customer service.

Generally he customer service is ok when you go, but when calling to ask a question around the holidays, they forget to acknowledge there's a store phone. I understand that they get busy around the holidays, but feel it is still unacceptable to be so understaffed to where the phones are being ignored.

I recently had to take my computer in for diagnostic tests at Best Buy. The "geek squad," which is what Best Buy calls their computer repair specialists, were friendly and knowledgeable. They spent time explaining what could be wrong with the computer and made suggestions for repairing it. It was a little costly just to have tests run ($60), which did bring my rating down. They also didn't give a definitive answer as to what was causing my computer problems, but they did offer their expert advice.
