Provided by YP.comI spent weeks researching the oil tank industry and found that most companies where fly by night operations. Qualified Tank Services actually came to my house before they gave me an estimate.Most other companies didn't even answer the phone. I was very happy with the service they gave me. The crew that removed the tank was very respectful of my property! Best of all, the tank didn't leak!! I would highly recommend Qualified over any other tank company in the industry After you call the rest, hire the best!

Provided by YP.comBEWARE OF Qualified Tank Services, There work is very questionable. left us with no heat for two weeks and would not respond to the multiple phone calls for help a became beligerant. I was forced to call in another plumber at additional cost to get the system working. The install of my oil tank was poor and had to be redome, distroyed my property when removing my old tank and refused to make corrections. There are many other better companies to choose from so avoid these people.
This particular customer supplied his own equipment and advised us that he wanted his tank installed like his neighbors. After several attempts to try and explain to him that will not work, he insisted and said he would have it no other way. We put into the contract that this was his request and we were not recommending it. We went ahead installing the oil tank and equipment he supplied. When we left the clients house his heating system was running properly. Four months later his system stopped working and he canceled his credit card payment. After we took the matter to court, a judge agreed with Qualified and the matter was paid and dismissed. There is always two sides to a story. Qualified provides the best customer service in the industry. We our the only company in the industry with a 24/7 call center and are always available to speak with our clients.
