Dr. Simpson is great physician. The cleanliness of the facility is remarkable. The only downfall of the business is the person at the desk, Tamara. She is extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I'm a part of Vidant employees and I'm certain she was not trained that way. Not sure how long she's been there but she makes the entire office look horrible.
