I never knew water could taste this good. We didn't really have a reason to start drinking spring water, it was more of a 'just for kicks' thing. But once we got our first Samantha Springs supply, there was no stopping.

We have had Samantha Springs water dispenser for over a year and we love it. Now we have access to both cold and hot water within matter of seconds! I think this dispenser is well worth the investment.

Easy availability of water bottles right at the door step, that too at affordable price. Choosing Samantha Springs was possibly the best choice I made. Nothing less than 5 stars for them.

I am concerned about all the fracking they are doing around Keller seems to me like water coming from a spring surrounded by companies pumping chemicals into the ground couldn't be good. They tried to double bill my company, so I cancelled the service and they sent a rude guy to repossess the water I paid for.

They offered a free trial and then went to my apartment to pick it up without even letting me know ,when I called back to have the service again they said they didn't deliver to apartments ,when the sale person had told me they were the only company that delivered to apartments , any way the water was good but customer service I did not like at all.

The best thing about them apart from their timely delivery is their responsiveness. They have been a regular supplier of spring water bottles to my office and every time I call them to ask for an extra bottle delivery, they properly attend my request and respond without any delay.

I am so glad that I switched to Samantha Springs. The other companies I have worked with so far, had terrible customer service, also the water did not taste like it should. But Samantha Springs on the other hand offers great customer service and the water quality is great.
