Maintenance workers have no respect for privacy. Workers will un lock your door and walk right in without even knocking. They did this upon pest control inspection. Front office is getting to be unpleasant with patio furniture and what can be on your patio. Trash builds up at the only compactor on site, noise is horrible if you live on the first or second floor. Parking can be a nightmare when both staff and tenants are on the grounds. I will be moving soon, and not fast enough.

I give this apartment complex a zero. Your cell phone will not work in these apartments nor will your internet if you have a stick from your cell phone carrier. The apartment was very dirty and they even delayed me picking up the keys the day of move in to clean. The carpet in the bedroom is filthy, probably never been cleaned since the place was built. These apartments are not a good choice. Very noisy as well. Staff is not friendly after you move in either. So good luck there.

Never any parking and no one ever picks up after pets. Quiet complex and other than parking nothing ever over crowded.
