Extremely knowledgeable in his field, Greg explained the process to me completely, came on time, completed the job efficiently and even left booties for the repairmen that were coming later that day so they wouldn't mess up his work. He worked with me to complete the job in a manner that was convenient for me. We will definitely use them again for duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, and even upholstery cleaning. I like that his products are all green, and he even left a bottle of natural spot remover so I wouldn't have to use chemicals on my carpets ever again. They are the only ones I will ever use in the future!

I'm really impressed with Ripley Services carpet and furniture cleaning. I called them out on a recommendation from a neighbor. We are new to town and just bought a foreclosed home. The carpets were in pretty bad shape and several of our pieces of furniture had been in storage. We were convinced we were going to have to replace the carpet, but didn't have the funds after the move. Ripley's did an awesome job. They are very thorough and really seem to take pride in their work. They spent extra time working on some of the dirtiest areas and explained everything up front. The pricing was straight forward with no pushy sales tactics. I was nervous about the process because it was just me and the kids at home. I was relieved to see clean cut, articulate people that took the time to do a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. The carpets look great and the furniture is good as new. Thanks again.

Greg was right on time, we went over all of the areas that were stained. Greg wasn’t sure if the lime snowcone stain would come out of my sons room, or the grease that had been tracked in. After he pre-treated everything he said that everything would come out. My carpets look like brand new again! I’ll be having Greg come back and do my ducts, and clean and seal my areas that are tiled. Ripley’s is the best!

Ripley Services did an outstanding job on my carpet and kitchen tiles! My carpets looked wonderful and he did an excellent job getting all of the pet urine smell out of my daughters rooms. I also had Mr. Ripley clean the tiles of my kitchen. My husband put travertine tiles all throughout our kitchen and then became very busy and did not seal our floors. The grout lines in the kitchen where extremely dirty. When Mr. Ripley was finished cleaning the tiles of our kitchen our floors look brand new again!! I would definitely use Ripley Services again and recommend this company to friends and family!

OUTSTANDING service and a great price. Greg was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to do a great job on our carpets. They use an unbelievably powerful truck that literally vaporized some gum and wax stains in our carpet and were the first ones ever to be able to remove cat urine odor. I would recommend them to anyone. They have subsequently cleaned our tile, furniture and air ducts ALL with superb results. You just don't find companies like this any more.
