If you like rude customer service, eat here. While the food prices are reasonable and food is decent, the customer service is awful. The first time we ordered from them, the lady was very rude, huffing and puffing as we asked about the menu. We thought she was just having a bad day. The second time we went in to the store - the lady was the same way. She let us stand at the register for 10 minutes before asking if we needed anything. The whole transaction was rude..We stopped going there. Several months later, having a chinese craving, we thought we try them again. That was stupid - didnt learn from the other encounters. We asked about appetizers and the lady told us she doesnt have time to explain about appetizers; that if we wanted to know, we should come in to the store and look at a menu. We didnt complete our order.
