Needed some last-minute emergency alterations on 2 pairs of slacks. She understood our position and did both in 1/2 hour for $10 a pair. Very helpful and nice.

Do not go here. They will not give you a quote on the phone or in person when you bring your items in and will claim it depends on how much "time" it will take. I had a dress altered by just an inch in the waist to loosen it up and my bill was $65.

Took a floor lenght gown in on 11/24. Asked to have it shortened 5 inches so it would be tea legnth...$40.00! I had dealt with this establishment a few times a few years ago. No need to try ot on. I was told 5 days. Great. Picked it up and packed for my trip which included my formal. Once there got dressed to find the dress had not been touched! It touched the ground before and does so now. Took the dress back and demanded a refund. They pretended the could not find my paperwork in a stack of receipts in a box. Now they want to "redo" the hemming saying that they did it but will redoubt it to please me. If the did it once then five more inches would make it a mini skirt! BEWARE!
