Treated for carpenter ants, very thorough! Made sure i understood what work was needed and was reasonably priced. I will definitely use him again.

I had "the bug whisperer" out to my house to get rid of the flea infestation I had. $300 later (which seemed worth it) he sprayed and told me initially that if there are still fleas 2 weeks later, he would retreat my house and yard. Later, he called back and told me to wait at least 30 day as per his previous employer. The fleas were gone for a couple of weeks, but soon after, they were back in full force. I called "the bug whisperer" back about 55 days after the treatment, less than a month after the 30 days he told me to wait before calling back, and he refused to retreat without charging me again. He kept referring to his "policy" of retreating for free after 30 if needed, and how he had only needed to retreat two other times, but they called within 30-45 days...yet there was never any mention of a grace period when he was at my house initially. Just that he would guarantee that his treatment would work...which it didn't

I called the Bug Whisperer to get rid of my sugar ants and I also had Termites. The guy that came to my home was Rob. He was very friendly and on time to our appointment. Once he arrived he explained some interesting things to me about the sugar ants and Termites then he got right to work. I can now say that I have found me a pest control company that I can trust. Rob showed me that he knows what he is doing. Let me say it has only been a week and I have not seen a ant or termite since the day he was here. Thanks Bug Whisperer.
