On the way to Denver we stopped for a quick lunch. We ordered a half Caesar salad with grilled chicken and a med rare burger with no bun. It took the server 5 min to take our order and over 10 min. To bring our drinks.15 min later our food arrived. The chicken was so charred that it was inedible. One tsp of dressing was visible, it had not been tossed. The waitress seemed put out when I asked for a replacement, she did not take away the salad plate, and another server brought another piece of charred chicken breast on a small plate. My husband's burger was cooked to medium and arrived WITH the bun. The one positive of this experience was that the manager was very receptive and comped our meal. I don't make a habit of complaining in restaurants but this meal was not at the typical high standard which we normally receive at Old Chicago!
