Very very satisfied. I discovered no AC Christmas Eve when we had our Houston heat wave. My regular AC company was not able to come out. Parker was referred by a family member. He came out within the hour. He determined I needed a new compressor and coil - major repair! Decided to wait it out as long as necessary. Before spending that large amount of money I had my regular company come out for an estimate - which was considerably higher than Parker so I chose Parker. VERY good decision. He came out when he said he would, was very polite, knowledgable. I am now enjoying my new AC! He is my go to AC/Heater repair person from this point on. I HIGHLY recommend this company. You won't be disappointed. I rarely leave reviews, but was so impressed I wanted to help someone else looking for a reliable trustworthy company.

Two days before Christmas in Texas, it's 80 degrees outside and our Ac goes out.. The landlords usual guy is unavailable until after Christmas. So we called Chris at Parker Ac and he was not only able to come to our house, but made it here within an hour and half! He was fast efficient and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this company and will use them from here on out! Without Chris our Christmas would have been not so good with all the Cooking and people in out home we would have been hot and miserable! Thanks for saving the holiday!!

Was told by another company that I needed a new unit. Parker Air Conditioning came out and it ended up just being a capacitor. I appreciated that honesty. Unit has been working just fine ever since.
