DO NOT HIRE CSH MAID SERVICE! After deep cleaning of the house, all baseboards, tiles floors were still DIRTY.
They quoted a deep cleaning to clean our rental home, we agreed. Since after the tenants moved out, the house was very dirty so we wanted to get "everything" clean for the next tenants, therefore, we wanted to have a deep cleaning. They told us that with the deep cleaning service they would clean "everything" in the house including baseboards. Since this is a rental home, so I was not there at the rental home during their cleaning. I came to check on CSH's works after CSH finished & left . Oh my gosh..all baseboards, tiles floor were still DIRTY. CSH already left the rental home. It was late at night when I came. The tenants will move in next day so I could not wait for CSH to come back to clean the house again. I had to get on my knees to clean all baseboards myself. I had to sweep all tiles floors, wipe them again because there were so much of "visual" debris on the floor.
