Bubble dog grooming staff was very courteous and professional when I brought my baby in to be groomed. He got the summer cut with the teddy bear face and he looked absolutely handsome when they were done. I was informed by staff they only work by appointments but they accepted him even though we walked in. He smelled very good and we will definitely go back.

I would not recommend this place simply because the last 2 times we've taken our dog to get groomed, he came home with cuts! The first time we thought maybe he had cut himself in our yard or something like that. We gave them the benefit of the doubt. But, this second time he came home with a huge laceration on his skin! We had to take him to the vet! (And they sure aren't eager to cover any costs, right?) I did like the cut they gave but I won't ever take him there again. It's costly if they make such mistakes and if it's happened to our dog twice, it's definitely happening to others. Be cautious before patronizing this business!

Actually many dogs wear diapers,, especially female dogs on their periods and male dogs that haven't been neutered, and if the dogs with diapers belong to them, that shouldn't matter to you. The place is actually very clean, it always smells good even though they work with dogs everyday...the people are pretty nice too, if you have any questions the groomer will personally talk to you if you have any questions about your dog or if you need help choosing a haircut. They always try their best to satisfy a customer, too bad that you had a bad experience there.

The (Sonia) cut my dogs neck with scissors. He has to be on antibiotics for two weeks. Plus the place is dirty and for some reason they keep some dogs in diapers. People there are rude and the owners does not have an idea how to run the place! They also ( a good friend of mine said) they shop his doggie ear. Terrible place please don't take your little furry ones there

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO THIS PLACE. THEY BEAT MY POOR DOG SO THAT NOW HE IS PETRIFIED TO BE GROOMED. They said he was agressive. Does that mean you BEAT HIM? He is a sweet loving dog and now I cannot even have him groomed because he absolutely freaks out. These people are HORRIBLE!! YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON ONCE YOU DROP YOUR BABY OFF TO THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE.

Bubbles does a great job with my little maltese. I highly recommend!

REALLY NICE PLACE THEY TREAT DOGS WITH LOVE AND THATS ALL THAT MATTERS TO ME MY DOGS ARE ALWAYS HAPPY AND THE DON'T LOOK SCARED.CLEAN PLACE .

We have taken our dogs here previously. We have a toy yorkie and a pomeranian..They do an excellent job each time. The dogs seem very happy each time we pick them up. The place is always clean and smells nice which is good considering they are housing animals. The shampoo they use smells nice and makes the dogs coats very soft and shiny...So if you are looking for a great and trusting groomer, this is the place in Katy...

I LOVE THE PLACE IS VERY FRIENDLY THE PRICES ARE GOOD MY DOG IS ALWAYS HAPPY.THEY ARE ALWAYS REALLY BUSY SO THAT SAYS SOMETHING GOOD ABOUT THE PLACE.WHEN AT FIRST SAW THE ONLY REVIEW THAT YELLOW PAGES HAS ABOUT THIS PLACE I WAS SCARED TO TAKE MY DOS THERE BUT SINCE I DIDN'T LIKE TO GO TO PETSMART I DECIDED TO GIVE THEM A CHANCE AND TRUST ME THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB.

THE VERY 1ST TIME I TOOK MY NEW 4 MONTH OLD MALTESE PUPPY THERE THEY DID ALRIGHT BUT AFTER A FEW HOURS LATER MY PUPPY'S COAT STARTED TO TANGLE & FLYAWAY BAD. I THOUGHT I'D GIVE THEM ONE MORE CHANCE & WHEN I DROPPED MY PUP OFF WITH THE SAME LADY I LEFT MY PUP WITH THE LAST TIME MENTIONED THAT HER COAT GREW BACK FAST BUT I TOLD HER THAT THE LAST TIME I BROUGHT HER THERE I DIDN'T REQUEST FOR ANY OF HER HAIR TO GET CUT (& THEY DIDN'T CUT ANY EXCEPT FOR AROUND THE EYE AREA & REAR) & I STILL DON'T BECAUSE I WANT MY PUPS HAIR TO GROW TO THE FLOOR. I TOLD THEM THAT I JUST WANTED HER EYE & REAR AREA TRIMMED BUT WHEN I PICKED MY PRINCESS UP I WAS IN A HURRY BECAUSE WE WERE HEADED OUT OF TOWN FOR MY FAMILY MEMBERS TO SEE HER FOR THE 1ST TIME & ONCE I GOT TO MY DESTINATION I REALIZED THAT THEY HAD CUT HER COAT. THE CUT HER TAIL & I'D LIKE TO KNOW WHICH MORON DID THAT I MEAN WHO ACTUALLY CUTS A MALTESE'S TAIL? THEY GAVE HER A POODLE CUT & THEY SAME TANGLE & FLYAWAY COAT THING HAPPENED. I WAS VERY ANGRY, UPSET & SO BUBBLES DOG GROOMING HAS LOST A CUSTOMER!!!
