Best Buy keeps customers on hold for to long. I had a dishwasher installation I bought through Best Buy. Little did I know they hire out to one appliance company, Heat Home Installation? They came to my house and did not greet me. The technician came late, was an explosive mood. He rushed everything he did and was not careful or respectful of my things. He was not a pleasant person to deal with, nor was he helpful with the questions I had, he was impatient. I think he was jacked up on something. He broke the main water valve to the house out side, scratched my cabinet doors, over turned the hot water heater valve and caused it to leak and then ran out of time to complete the installation my dishwasher, he was frustrated with himself and got very loud with me. He made me nervous in my own home. He said the dishwasher would not fit the hole. All the measurements of the cabinet hole said that the dishwasher would fit fine. He unloaded the old DW off his truck and left on it on my drive.
