After setting up an appointment 3 weeks in advance and calling to confirm the appointment up to the day, on the day I walk in he tells me he didn't have time. I showed him what needed done and told him it won't even take 15 minutes and he refused and said he was too busy. Took it down the street to another welder off metropolitan and had it done in 10 minutes. He received a nice tip.
