Horrible apartments. Scourge of the area. Slumlord, High crime, horrible management, absentee landlord just collecting section 8 vouchers and government subsidies. Taking advantage of immigrants, ruining property values in the area. All these eyesores should be leveled and Russ McKee should be shackled and beaten. People living in squalor and management does nothing to improve. These should be used as University housing instead of welfare hovels. Crime! Out of control. Drug dealers and hookers living in these hell holes. Owner doesnt care.
