Sinus- Dr. Koranda saw the x-ray report, talked to me, did a more in-depth exam and found the x-ray report was not right. Very friendly. I think the staff is better now than years ago. Gladstone office.

Had to change appointment twice, when we got to the building at 5330 N Oak Trfy (the building has no name on it or numbers on the building, had to ask people coming out of the build.if it was Midwest Medical) Got to ENT front desk to check in for our 1:00pm appointment and we were told our appt. was at 10:00am. No, it was not. I would not have made a 10:00am apt as my husband is in a wheelchair and it takes some time to get him going. So...make sure you ask for the girls name that is suppose to be making your appt. and have her repeat it back to you three or four times so she can get it right or you'll be making another trip. The doctor is a good guy but his scheduling staff is not the best.

It was not a pleasant experience. The staff is rude.
