Abbott Insurance strives to give our customers individual attention. If we are helping a customer we feel it would be rude to interupt our conversation to answer the phone. We have voice mail, this is checked regularly and calls are returned quickly in the order we receive them. Customer Service is our number one priority at Abbott Insurance.

I like them because they researched all their insurance companies to give me the pricing and plans that was right for me...
I like them because they didn't get frustrated with my million and one what if questions.
I like them because they were honest and upfront about their agent fee.... ($30 big deal)
I Really started liking them when most of my roof blew off my home and they instantly answered all my questions about my policy.
Then I Really Really started liking them when I asked if it was normal for the insurance company to put you off for so long and one of the ladies upfront called my big insurance company on my behalf and magically got me instant results.
They are good people - - I'll never need another agent
