Was new in town & stopped by this shop to get my butter cream boots cleaned up. One of the owners, while picking up my boots was very short in temper with his service. When I picked up my boots thinking he repaired them, paid the fee, & found out that no work was done. It surprized me that a KC business work be so dishonest. This experience made moving to KC & doing business with eye opening. I now don't get involved with small businesses in KC.
