Dave has been doing my lamp work for me for the past 15 years. When the part (and lamp) were obsolete, he made a part which fit perfectly. He is my first choice for lamps, parts and shades in the Kansas City area.

Very rude people to help you!!! They will not let you buy a replacement lampshade unless you have the old one with you. They would not even listen to the fact that I knew all the measurements of the old lampshade. I even called ahead and made sure what measurement I would need but they would not listen. They finally showed me one lampshade about the size that I needed and the cost was $140 for a barrel lampshade 18 inches long and 16 in diameter.

Ridiculously Rude!!! Will not go back and I will be sure to recommend to anyone who asks that they go elsewhere!!!

Went there to ask about getting a custom lamp shade made. The older woman said they didnt do that. When asked if she knew anyone who did, she stated "No one does that anymore." Found them unhelpful and full of themselves. The only positive was two really cute little dogs that have the run of the store.
