Unfortunately I don't know even know the name of who I ended up speaking with at this company, but I wanted to take the time to say I have been 'stuck' with a marine stereo issue on a 2021 Tahoe T16, for weeks, an issue that my boat manufacturer (Tracker) had NO interest in helping with, as usual, and then when I called Kicker they kindly referred me to this company (thank you Kicker) and one of their awesome employees, with one call, resolved my issue with the stereo!! Kudos! I am very grateful!
