My experience with Covington Group Printers was extremely disappointing. They were extremely unprofessional in their communications, barely bothering to speak in complete sentences to the point of intelligible in emails. Over the phone they were even worse-- rude, snippy, dismissive, even hanging up on a potential customer. In the course of my experience, I found them untrustworthy as they repeatedly changed the terms of the agreement, and ultimately were impossible to do business with. I would definitely not recommend this printer.
