I have practiced as a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2017, have a State of Missouri professional license (LMT), and also have a KCMO city business license. As a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association, I am trained in a variety of modalities, from light relaxation massage to deep tissue therapeutic massage. I customize each massage. The body and mind are connected; massage immediately and quickly helps both at the same time. Massage can help manage stress and anxiety.
