I called on June 18tg 2915 around 9:52PM asking for the price of a large milk shake, since the night before I refused to psy for it at $5.60 !!! The female who asweted the phone tikd me that she couldn't tell me from on top of her head. !!! Couldn't she just get off the chair (apparently she wasn't doing anything but getting PSID for not working!!!) and check either, with someone to check from the board or herself to do so!!! I took my business to 291 Hwy and even got couple Penney's of for the inconvenience and paid a little less than $3.00 It seems that McDonnald's is hiring low quality people to perform mediocre customer seservice, except at 291 Hwy in Independence, but low service at Blue Ridge Crossing. Now I know where to take my business where people care and are polite. Too bad that most of these latest generations are into low and mediocre customer srrvice., especially at McDonnald's.
