I went with my best friend to get her nose pierced on her birthday. We were super happy and having a great day so we were talkative and giggly, which is apparently the wrong way to be at this shop. One tattoo artist asked if we were okay because we were laughing..and the piercer looked and seemed bored. He had no excitement or joy for his profession. It was a bad environment even though he was a good piercer.

I have 7 tattoos currently. My artist retired and that is the only reason I decided to go anywhere else. I went to A1 and was blown off from the minute I walked in the door. I finally got Brandon (?) to talk to me and listen to my design. He said it would be no problem. He quoted me a price which was extremely high, but I didn't mind because I wanted my work done. After he finished I was horrified. It looked nothing like what we had discussed and I didn't like it at all. I ended up going to a different shop and having a cover up piece done. Illustrated Man is the only place to go! Don't trust A1 with something that is going to permanently going to be on your body!!!

I got my nape and my septum there. They did the most amazing jobs ever. Richie and Renee are very talented, and helpful. I will go there for all my piercing (and tongue splitting*fingers crossed*) needs

Got my tongue ring done here. It didn't hurt nearly what I thought it would. Getting my ears pierced as a kid was 5 times worse than this. thanks!!!!
