The lady (owner beneath her father whom say is a drunk . That’s why he is NEVER THERE) is very rude and disrespectful. All she is about is money. I had them clean sunroof out to stop leaking for $150.. and it still leaked. Brought it back in a week she demanded another $150 and now its snowing. 2 weeks later I’m back for them to now say window is off track and it’s ANOTHER $150. We decided to film wrap it which has worked till I find the whole kit for my truck and have been getting it for a year without problems. 5-2-21 I go in and they decided to try a THICK PLASTIC FOR CONVERTIBLE CLOTH TOPS for $65 which is not what I asked for and it flies off on the highway the next day. I go in and she say the work is not guaranteed and you have to pay another $65. She does not car how she treats ppl that spends money at their shop. Because her mess up she blocked my number and told me she didn’t want to service me any longer because I called out her error.

DON'T GO TO A & A ROYAL AUTO TRIM ON 39TH ST... THEY HAVE THE MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE, THEY GET YOU TO PAY AND THEY THEN DRAG YOU THROUGH THE MUD DOES NOT TAKE PRIDE IN YOUR VEHICLE CAUGHT THEM DRIVING THREE DIFFERENT CUSTOMERS CARES OUR OF THE SHOP SUPER RECKLESS.. THEY DO NOT KEEP RECIPES OF PURCHASE I SPEND 700+ FOR MY REMOTE START WITH THIS COMPANY FOR THEM TO THROW IT IN NTB AUTO SAID THIS IS THE MOST RIGGED INSTALL I HAVE EVER SEEN... THE LADY MARCY THAT DRIVES THE YELLOW TRUCK HUNG UP ON ME LIED TO AND GOT OVER BUT SINCE THATS THE OWNERS DAUGHTER SHE DOES WHAT SHE WANTS.. THE OWNER IS HORRIBLE HIMSELF SO I UNDERSTAND WHY SHES SO WRONG BUT ALL AND ALL IVE CONTACTED THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU FOR HOPEFUL JUSTICE IN THIS CASE... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND I REPEAT YOU WILL FIND OUT IF YOU CHOOSE TO IM JUST HOPING YOU DON'T... LET ALL YOUR LOVED INES KNOW AS WELL... DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT GO HERE... I selected one star because it wouldn't let me submit without but I don't even give them that they need a negative button....

I came in to have my old car cleaned up to sell it and they did such a good job that I ended up keeping the car! Great attention to detail--totally surprised by how good my car looked! Will definitely be back!

I'm selling a 2000 VW Jetta that's in great shape, but dingy. I googled "car detailing" in my area and A&A Royal Auto Trim in Westport was the only service provider that had four reviews -- all positive. I see why now as they worked within my budget to do phenomenal work -- even cleaning that black foamy rubber thing that outlines each car door. Alan from the front of the shop was friendly and accommodating to my schedule, too. Mid-way through the job, Alan walked me behind-the-scenes, introduced me to their technicians -- also friendly, professional and as spotless as their work area -- and gave me a chance to weigh in before the job was complete.
