So this is my first review of anywhere but I have to warn folks. DO NOT GO TO RAINBOW CLEANERS. On my third time using them, I brought in 6 pairs of dress slacks. When I went to pick them up, Mr. Han, the owner, said he was sorry but they had stained one of the pairs and needed to redo them . He showed me the stain, it was huge oil stains all over a pair of pants. Literally no way I could have done it other than dousing myself in oil. I get home with the other 5 pairs and notice two more are significantly stained. Brought them back and he apologized. He told me to come back the next day to pick them up and he would clean them. After two attempts at picking them up, he eventually gave me the pairs back - all are ruined. When I then said I want a refund, he screamed at me to just "Get the f*** out!" over and over like a child. He then went in back and didn't come back out for 10 plus minutes. The man is unprofessional and rude, horrible service. I will be suing to recoup the losses.
