- Private Duty Nurses Provide individualized service at home or hospital, including complete patient assessment, home safety assessments, nutrition planning assistance, geriatric depression screening, medication compliance monitoring, and patient & family training. Check-In ServiceOur Check-In Service is customized to fit your specific needs. If you do not require assistance with the activities of daily living, yet your family and friends are concerned about you being on your own, this is the service for you. We arrange to phone you twice a week (or more as necessary or desired) and make one personal visit each week, just to make sure you are doing well. It brings great comfort to know someone nearby cares and will check in on a regular basis. You will come to enjoy our visits and look forward to our brief calls. And, if you ever require further assistance, you will already be familiar with Hope Christian Care which stands ready with additional resources.
