My son had to rent props to make a video for a high school class & 'remembered' to ask me to return the props the next day or we would be charged a late fee...not sure, but I think it was half the cost of the rental price. Anyway, I woke up with the flu, finally made it to the phone & called the costume store to explain my situation - I just wanted to know the late fee. But the guy on the phone immediately told me not to worry, was very nice & I hope that their store does well in the future. These days, you can't always count on friendly customer service; even though it's a little farther away than I would've normally gone - I would go to that costume shop just because they're nice.
