I have been going to Donna for years and I would never, ever go anywhere else! Since she is the owner/operator you don't have to worry about being interrupted over and over! I always hated going to have my hair done, but not anymore!! She is very professional and the sweetest person I have met, plus she makes sure that you are satisfied with your hair! I plan to have one of her facials in the near future, heard they were the best!!

I have been going to Donna's salon for 10 years and love it!!! I am so thankful that after years of going from one salon to another in and around Salisbury, that I found her place! It is the best around, especially if you like to have some peace and quiet! Unlike other hair salons, where everyone is running around and your stylist is constantly distracted answering the phone or talking to the other stylists, you don't have to worry because she is the owner/operator!! My hair looks the best it has ever looked thanks to her! Donna will listen and make sure that you are satisfied with your hair, etc. If not, she will fix it!!! No other place will do that, trust me, I've been to several places where they messed up the color and told me, "don't worry, it will wash out in a week!" No, it didn't wash out, etc. and I had to pay someone else to fix it!!! This is the longest I have ever stayed with one stylist, but Donna is worth it!!

I have been going to Donna for 10 years and have since moved to Asheville NC but still drive in just to have my hair done. Donna is professional and takes the time necessary to ensure you are happy and that she has given you what you want. I have never had a hair dresser that understands, knows what you want and doesn't try to convince you to do something different like Donna. It's important to her for you to be happy every time you leave. She genuinely cares and is committed to the most updated products and styles. I will continue to drive 2+ hours to have my hair done, it is definitely worth it!

If you want to be an eye catcher, it's all about the hair! Everything else will follow! Donna is a magician with hair color and styles. There has never been a time I did nor get a compliment about my hair from total strangers since I started going to Donna. I also searched for a stylists going to "upscale" salons getting pulled in by gimmicks. Well Donna is truly the best kept secret of Kannapolis. Any one that can reverse self dyed black hair to a naturally looking brown blonde is very talented. Donna also knows how to spend time to know what the client wants and will give you great advice. She has a relaxed atmosphere and if you're really stressed she gives great massages! All of her services are great. Best of all is the cost. I am so thankful that I found Donna's salon. My hair is in the best shape it's ever been. I'm very picky and particular and for years went from one hairstylist to another until I found this place. I get so many compliments on my hair now. The reason I continue to frequent her salon is because it's quiet, this is her business and she concentrates on you. When you visit her, it's relaxing and tranquil, and she makes sure that whatever service she provides you are satisfied. I have never had a bad hair experience, and I like to change the base color and highlights frequently and have never been disappointed.
