O.K. Bare Bones isn't the fastest place too go. BUT if you ask he will tell you an accurate timeline. I use them on all of my vehicles and have never had to question the quality of workmanship. People need to remember that when people review places they usually only do it because they have a gripe. I would highly recommend these guys for both price and workmanship...

Took my car in to have it looked at to see what was wrong with it. It was a wheel bearing. I dropped it off Sunday night. I had to call Tues. To find out status. Still not fixed. I was told he would get to it on Wed. Never did. I ended up getting my car back on Fri. With nothing done. I ended up doing it myself.

My son was visiting Concord, NC where his transmission went out. He called Bare Bones and they made a great deal with him. I paid him via credit card over the phone and we were promised that the transmission would be rebuilt in 3 days. It took more than a week and then it still wasn't working right. It has now been a month. My son is homeless in Concord waiting on his truck. He has lost both of his jobs back home and is wondering where his next meal will come from. The owner is unresponsive. We will be contacting the authorities to get the truck back as well as the money paid!!!!! Avoid this shop at all costs!!!
