The employees at this Dunkin Donuts are very friendly, but I will NEVER go to this particular location again! Just went there to order the Sweet Sirancha Bacon Breakfast sandwich, but I asked for a veggie egg white instead of the regular fried egg. I get back to work (mind you I'm on a 20min break), and start eating my sandwich that I've been wanting to try for a while now, only to find that they gave me a fried egg, instead of the veggie egg I asked for. I checked my receipt, and it did say on it 'veggie egg white(VEW)'. I packed up the partially eaten sandwich and took it back to that Dunkin and politely told them about the error. The lady working behind the counter was very friendly; she apologized and said that they would fix the mistake. They made me a new sandwich, but when I got to my car and checked the sandwich, there was another fried egg on the new sandwich!! The fried egg and veggie egg white look nothing alike! I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but TWICE??? And this is after I even specifically said that I wanted the veggie egg white; how do you put the same thing on the sandwich that I SPECIFICALLY asked to not be put on the sandwich. At that point, I only had enough time to get back to work. I didn't even have time to eat the sandwich, and I'm on a double shift. So basically I'm stuck with a sandwich that I don't want, and don't have time to eat...Thanks DD👎🏾😠
