My husband & I purchased a pre-owned Ford pickup from Seelye-Wright in South Haven. The truck came from Seelye-Wright in Kalamazoo. I stopped into Kalamazoo’s Stadium Drive facility and chatted with Paul Blakely, General Sales Manager about some concerns we had with the vehicle. Paul listened respectfully and brought in Ryan Steffler, Service Advisor, to take care of us. Ryan promptly scheduled our car for service and went above and beyond to see our needs were satisfied. We were impressed how Seelye-Wright’s employees listened and responded with attention to detail. It is the people, like Paul and Ryan, who set the tone and bring integrity to a business.
