I went into this Monro because my exhaust pipes had become detached from the muffler. I figured at best a welding charge, at worst a new muffler. They took my car back, welded the pipes together, brought me my keys and said I was good to go. When I headed to the counter to settle my bill he told me I was all set, it only took a few minutes. What this young Man didn't know, was that to fix my muffler, I was going to have to use the money that was set aside to pay my attorney to see my son. This small kindness meant so much to me that I get tears in my eyes just thinking about it. Thank you Monro, I will definitely be back.

Jimmy did a free inspection and showed me only what I needed to fix it. He was very nice
