Worse customer care I have ever had at a repair shop. Asked them a question this morning and was treated like an idiot. If I did my job like that I would be fired. Spent over $3000 grand on auto repairs at this place and most of the work was half assed or I got attitude when I tried to get them to do it right.

first car: asked them to find the vibration in the front end when accelerating. The replaced a tie rod end and said it was fixed. Vibration is still there.

Second time with this car: bought a battery with a 3 year warranty. This spring I tried to bring it in because it wouldn't hold a charge. I had to bring it in 3 times before they would finally honor the warranty. And even then they gave me one that had been sitting on the shelf for a year, and acted like they were doing me a favor.

2nd car; fix a leak in a tire. Said it was fixed. Tire still leaks.

3rd car: had them replace power window actuator. Charged me over a grand. The window worked but they F***ed up my door panel. Dont go here. This post will be repeated across the internet.
