I would give this hair salon a zero if it were possible. First off, It is not a spa. They have one hair stylist. The owner also runs a daycare and brings the kids to the salon and they sleep in the massage room. I was there 2 different times to visit my stylist who rents a chair from the actual owner of the entire building. There were at least 3 kids from her daycare in there sleeping or crying for hours at a time. Not relaxing at all. I wonder how the parents of her daycare kids would feel about that. When I came in for my first appointment someone was literary sleeping face down at the front desk. I could not believe what a disappointment this place was. It is a great location but it stops there. I only went because my stylist was temporarily there for a month while her salon was being finished up. Beyond unprofessional!!! My friend was actually verbally attacked as was my stylist by the so called owner of the salon. They actually even had to call the police. save your $$$

I'm new to the area & desparately needed a stylist. Favored Design was the right call. The staff is very professional. My stylist was prepared when I walked through the door (15 min early). No double booking. :) And the prices are reasonable.

The owner is very nice and they offer a large range of services.
