This place is a rip off!! I have reported them to the BBB for failure to deliver a product. July of 2018, they showed up in my town at our 4th of July celebration and had a booth set up. I ordered a custom made banner from a guy and was told that he was going to have it done in 2 weeks. Those weeks went by and nothing, so myself and my husband called. Was told that he had to order in some new vinyl and would have it done. 3 weeks passed after that and still nothing from them! Called the entire time and he finally sent a proof of the banner and said that he was going to have it cut and then he'll send it out. Here it is towards the end of November and I recieved NOTHING! They are refusing to issue me a refund of 45 dollars and give the BBB the run around as well. I will be contacting a small claims attorney and will file suit if I'm not given my money back! You were also reported to the people who set up the celebrations for our town, and you are not welcomed back here by any means!
