I took my Norwegian Forest Cat, Helios, into PetSmart in Joplin to be groomed by Debbie. He has extremely long hair which was very matted, and although we tried, he would not let us attempt to groom, bathe or de-mat him! Not only did Debbie get him bathed, brushed, de-matted, trimmed and shaved (where he needed it!), she even let us know what a great 'patient' he had been! He looks wonderful and the cost of grooming was surprisingly inexpensive for all the work I know it took to get him looking his best! I would recommend Debbie to anyone with a long haired cat. We plan on making him a regular customer! -Cynthia Campbell

I TRULY APPRECIATE THIS QUALITY ABOUT THEM AFTER A PURCHASE I MADE AT NOAHS ARK PET STORE ON RANGELINE RD IN JOPLIN, COULD NOT EVEN COMPARE TO WHAT PET SMART HAS TO OFFER WHICH IS WAY BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF EVERY PET. THUMBS UP FOR PET SMART AND THUMBS DOWN FOR NOAHS ARK (THEY ARE VERY RUDE AT NOAHS ARK)
