Dont know what was worse, living thru a tornado or dealing with this company. Did not use correct materials that they were supposed to use. Used our materials without asking then credited us a fraction of what the insurance company paid them. Left holes in roof then got mad when I pointed it out to them deeming me difficult to work with. Billed one amount then 4 months later received a bill out of the blue for 1000s more. Now within a years time I have a roof leak and they refuse to fix it. Leak is because they didnt replace a heating vent boot and their response is we dont do that when we replace roofs. They are an insurance company preferred contractor and in bed with them. Told us one thing one day did a complete turn around the next after spending 30 minutes with the adjuster. Sided with the insurance company that cracks in walls and sagging floors were prior damage from an old house settling not from tornado. Had to get my own engineer to prove them wrong.
