If you want to be yelled at, spoken to in a condescending manner, get your order cancelled then reactivated, promised a refund then turn around and told not anymore, wait for over 30 minutes because there is no one at the front desk, hear the owner and his wife shout and argue with customersJonesboro Rental Center is the place to go. The owner Chip Flanegan is rude, and has no sense of how to administer customer service.

The single star is only because half a star is not an option and some of the prices are reasonable.

Message to Chip: If you want to be a Public Servant, (Congress) change your attitude!

First thing is they need more room inside and out, the parking area is way too small. They want you to backup to the front door for loading/unloading which is almost impossible and if you don’t the guys won’t touch it (COMPANY POLICY) I’m a 50ish year old FEMALE PULLED in front of the door because it’s too crowded with cars and other stuff to backin,so I’m unloading tables and chairs and handing them to several MEN so as not to lose their jobs (which I understand). TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!! What ever happened to GOOD Customer Service,Caring,and Human Decency... In the future I will do business elsewhere..I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND “””””””””””

Well, I guess writing a review helped. I got a call last week from Jonesboro Rental Center stating they were in the process of changing their reservation policies. For a small fee they would change the date. For the moment, I am happy. My party is still a few weeks away so let's see what happens.

I am with the Henry County Beekeepers and we planned our picnic this year for May 4th, but had to cancel because of weather...we were planning on having it May 11th, but they are predicting rain again, and our host property is soggyfied because of all the rain we have been getting, so we had to cancel again.
These folks would not work with us for nothing! they kept $346.68 of our money because we had to cancel!
On their website they say "The rental fee is not refundable and can not be applied toward other items or dates. We do not overbook and when you pay the rental fee we take that item out of availability to other customers. " Like I am sure they had someone else wanting 18 tables and 144 chairs! So we are out our money....but you can bet we are going to spread the word, and will NEVER use this folks again!!

DO NOT (I REPEAT) DO NOT RENT FROM THESE RACIST PEOPLE! THEY WILL PULL OUT ANY TRICKS TO KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT. THEY ARE UNFAIR, UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL, AND OVERALL EVIL. I RENTED TABLES AND CHAIRS FROM THEM FOR A BIRTHDAY PARTY. THEY BROUGHT THEM WET DUE TO RAIN. WHEN I RETURNED THEM WET DUE TO RAIN, THEY KEPT MY DEPOSIT! THEY ALSO BROUGHT THEM 24 HOURS LATER THAN ARRANGED. AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH AWFUL PEOPLE. DON'T LET THEM RUIN YOUR PRECIOUS EVENT.

absolutely the worse customer service I've ever received, both of the owners are the rudest individual I have ever met in my life, this was my second experience with them and thought this time it would be better well I was completely wrong much worse and I refuse to ever rent any equipment from these people!!! Don't go here save your time and money.

The owner is very rude and only seems to have good customer service skills when he is running for office. He treats and talks to his black employees like slaves. If you have to rent from this company be sure to never be late or have to change your date. This company looks for any reason to keep your deposit. He once kept a ladies deposit because gas leaked on his property from an old equipment she was returning. This company is very shoddy. I doubt with character he will ever make in office. I make a point to vote against him.

Unless you have the ability of God to absolutely ensure you don't make any changes to your event, I highly recommend you find another business. Owner set up their "reservation policies" so that they take your money and the customer gets nothing. I made a reservation for some chairs and unfortunately I needed to change the date. The owner was not willing to work with me. The only way he would change the date was if I paid him for the entire cost of the rental again. All of my other vendors understood things change and worked with me in changing the date. Jonesboro Rental Center provided me with ZERO customer service and ZERO customer satisfaction.
