We hired Pro-Turf Solutions to maintain our lawn in 2011. We thought their prices were fair and that they did a good job. They sent us an offer in 2012 stating that if we prepaid for the entire 2012 season, we would save over $30.We sent them a check for $245. While they did uphold their end of the deal—coming as scheduled (about every 6-8 weeks)—we didn’t notice any difference in the improvement of our lawn. My parents suggested that we use their routine. We completed two treatments ourselves and noticed a substantial improvement.And so we tried to cancel...The reason for the 1-star rating is because of poor customer service. If you still decide to hire this company for service, be sure to pay at the time of each individual service and also pay with a credit card. I would also highly recommend NOT paying them in full because if you try to cancel like we did, you won’t see a refund without putting up a serious fight. We mistakenly paid in full for a season’s worth of services with a check, tried to cancel, and got nothing but problems. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (even though they are not BBB accredited) because Tom Latham, owner of Pro-Turf, was uncooperative and unwilling to refund the full amount of our balance ($150+). Thanks to the BBB’s involvement, we were able to get $60 worth of our original balance, but are still fighting for the other $92. I would NOT recommend this service to anyone. This man does NOT return phone calls and is dishonest. Beware of this company.

Pro-Turf Solutions,Inc. has done a great job since day 1 . I called for a estimate and they came out within 2 days. There pricing is very competative. Once they started the service they have thickened my lawn alot and the color is excellent. Almost all the weeds are gone after only 3 applications. Their employees are always nice and show interest in you as a customer and that is hard to fine these days.
