On 7/27/2021 , PDM Rep. (Chris Gregory) arrived promptly at 7a.m. as anticipated. He had a pleasant personality and exhibited professionalism by actually listening when telling him about the Air conditioning failure. He later discovered the source of the problem and clearly explained the situation, the parts and repair needed for a positivie outcome going forward. Thanks PDM for being available for our major HVAC needs.

Upon returning from the hospital Monday, I decided to do a load of laundry. The tubs didn't drain and the washing machine didn't empty. I called 3 other places before PDM and was told no one would come out. I was never asked what my problem was. I called PDM and asked if someone could come out that evening. My number was taken and Chris called back. He asked what was going on, finally. He gave me a 4 hour window for the next day. I explained that the time given wouldn't work for me. My father has a panic attack if I am not there to talk to the doctors. Chris took pity on me and came out first thing the next morning. He found my problems, ordered the parts needed and came out this morning and left 8 hours later. He was very knowledgeable, offered suggestions for the future but most of all he was compassionate and worked around my schedule. The price wasn't bad at all. I was expecting a $5,000 bill. Eight hours of work and it wasn't even half of that. I will definitely be asking Chris to return and keep my drains open next year. Chris, if you are reading this, Thank you for taking the time to ask what my plumbing issue was and then working around my schedule so I could keep my father calm and relaxed.

Chris came out and installed a whole house water filter system. He arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable about product. He took the time and explained how the system works and answered all my questions. I am very pleased with the quality of work and will definitely use PDM again.

Chris from PDM came and performed maintenance on our furnace today. He came promptly during the 3 hour window provided by PDM and performed his work quickly and professionally. Could not recommend PDM's services any higher, have only had good experiences with them and their friendly technicians.

Over the18+ years we've lived in this area, PDM has always been our "go to" guys for plumbing, heating & air conditioning. Pete Wilson just installed a new power-vent type water heater for us and did an excellent job, and actually came in below both the estimated price & the down time. When you look at their work, you can immediately tell it's a first class job. Plus, these guys never leave a mess. PDM is the difference between hiring experienced professionals & getting your brother-in-law's buddy to do the job. You simply can trust them to be on time and do the job right the first time.
