Don't know what others had problems with but i loved my experience here. Justin is great! I don't get my nails done often because i get very anxious about thing's like this but when i walked into Image Nails they were so friendly my anxiety disappeared. My nails look great and i couldn't have been happier with the customer service. They have a deal right now on hot stone pedicures that sounds awesome! Don't miss out! Oh and there is a price list right on the wall like most salons.

I love John John n his wife very attentive, funnY, great prices, very knowledgeable and always in tuned with what's trending now. His wife does an amazing pedicure and John will tell you what's healthy or not for your nails. They are definitely way better than hill crest shopping center maul ship next to tj max ,they get 2 thumbs up n a Big toe lol. See ya soon

I have been going to this salon for years. I love it because it's not one of those "run of the mill" salons where production is more important than personal service. The owner is wonderful and treats his clients with respect. Both he and his wife do a great job!

The atomosphere is weird. There is no price list as to how much anything is. He dropped one of his tools on the floor and continued to use it. I went to cosmetology school and one big emphasis is that if it hits the floor it's no longer sanitary!! Then he was telling my friend how this older lady commented how thin her legs were but it was really creepy like he was trying to hit on her. I yelled ouch many times as he was rough and then he claimed I was sensitive. I've never yelled ouch anywhere else and my friend can testify for that!!!! He stopped many times to watch the foot ball game. I felt cheated on my massage as he would just stop and watch the game. I'm coming for a service and giving you my money and you are going to watch the game on my dime?????? never again!!!!

Dont waste your time and money here. RUDE RUDE RUDE. I felt manhandled. Lady who did my pedicure must have been in a bad mood. She wouldn't look at me directly just kept pushing my feet in the water bin. I felt uncomfortable. She wasn't gentle, actually i dont think she's been doing nails long. She seemsed so unexperienced. Anyway, atmosphere is uncomfortalbe, they have their computer running on vietnameese soap operas, all you hear is crying. NOT RELAXING AT ALL. I got a sitter for this? When she went to do my manicure, I couldn't hold back anymore. She grabed my hand like she was forced to do it and then i asked her "Do you like your job? Because you don't seem happy?" and of course that's when it went downhill. I hate going to these places where these foreign people are giving a service. I am not racist. All I want is a friendly, relaxing place. I dont need to hear their soap operas, I dont mind their music, All i want to do is relax, i dont need to hear them talking in their language when they speak english but hey continue to speak vietnamese. Why are you taking our money when you only give a shtty service? She took 12 mins tops on my feet. I will pay $50 for a pedicure when i get good service. All i want is good service. I will never ever go into this place again and dont bother trying this place out.
