Provided by YP.comLaurie one of the individuals in the front is a rude and clueless individual that likes to make assumptions about patients not paying their bills with other doctors. She isaid rude and ignorant and try as much as she can to not give you the office managers name. I figured Kelly the office manager is very busy so I will write a letter to every single doctor to let them know what kind of service their front desk people are giving there and over the phone.
