We had a 3-season room that's all windows. One window shattered during a lawnmowing session. The company that built the 3-season room (Home Envy) told us if they didn't do the repair our warranty would be void. They wanted over two hundred dollars, and they gave us the run around over the phone for 2 1/2 months. I Went to ace hardware and they said they had to send it out and it was also very costly (I don't remember the exact cost). I called Barney, he said bring it over. A few days later and a very reasonable price, the window was fixed. Thank you, Barney!
