This company started out on a good note and failed miserably at every turn thereafter. If I wasn't on site to catch their multiple mistakes, I would have been even more upset. They didn't order the right material, they tried to install a stack of scratched fence panels as if I wouldn't notice, and they also ordered some of the wrong style of fence as well.
No line of communication with the office whatsoever and no return phone calls left me with frustration and without a gate for over a month.
Then, they finally charged my debit card WITHOUT my approval as soon as the gate was done. The owner was supposed to get back to me "in a couple weeks".
All the owner did when I finally talked to him was say he'll talk to his people but he doesn't believe in discounts. Yet he bragged his company has grown alot this year and he's understaffed!
If you use this company, you will be sorry if you ever have an issue because other than collecting their money, they just don't care.
