We live in Sparta, North Carolina and discovered Trinity Granite by accident. We chose the granite we wanted and were very pleased with the installation process from beginning to end. Our granite is beautiful; however, the piece we selected did have several fissures in the rock. After the installation of our island, I was not pleased with the look, which was no fault of the company or the installers. I called Mike the owner, and we were very pleased with his response. He tried a couple of things to make it less noticeable; however, when he realized the problem could not be fixed, he offered to replace the granite for the island for no charge.
