Their balloon bouquets were awesome.

I received exceptional service from the staff. I went and bought my costume the day before Halloween and they did their upmost to assist me. There were some bumps in the road. It only 2 days before Halloween however and they did have to deal with some unruly customers.

So I went to party corner to get my daughter a Halloween costume..rushed for time we went in she picked it out from a picture on the wall, then the associate sends me to another associate who will get us the costume, so he hands it to yet another associate who then informs me to go to the register so I then proceed to the front of the store and go ahead and get in line, about the time I'm getting ready to pay I see another associate bring the treasured costume to the front! He never handed me the costume so I tell the cashier that this is the one my child picked go home yada yada yada, she tries the costume on and the zipper is broke! So I return immediately to the store and I ask if he will exchange! No is my answer! Can you fix the zipper no again! So I'm out 34.99 plus tax! I personally think that's the worse way ever to do business! Only giving one star because I have to pick from 1 to 5!

Customer service is horrible and the employees really put forth very little effort to helping you. I've placed a couple of orders for balloons in advance only to arrive the day of and they have "mistaken misplaced" the orders. Not very organized !
