I bought a purse here that was advertised as an authentic MK purse. When I got it home I took a closer look and of course it was a knock off and the lock fell off after two weeks! Horrible customer service! Attendants are extremely rude and treat customers as an inconvenience. Completely unfriendly sour face people. I honestly have no clue how this place stays in business. I will never go back and advise everyone I know to stay far away from this place!

Horrible staff and customer service..especially when attempting to sell items. I saw many knock off purses so buyer beware! I will not set foot in that craphole store again!

I think they have a great selection of clothes, and give you a fair price for the ones that you bring in. I just wish that there was a "trade" option rather than just cash. And also, the employees could stand to be a little more friendly. I always get the feeling that I'm bothering them every time I shop there.

The clothes are ok . But the workers are rude and treat you like your an inconvenience to them one employee even rolled their eyes at my 3 yr old son .

The store is clean, but not friendly. I have been there 3 times(I did try to have an open mind) trying to sell some of my kids clothes. They bought 1 shirt out of 3 trips there. The thrid time there I really looked around to see what they had on the racks and why they had no intrest in the clothes I brought. Some of the clothes they had on hangers are good for dusting while they sent my daughters clothes away. But what bugged me the most is I brought the clothes in all folded neatly and when they got done going thru them they just shoved them back in the bag not even trying to send them back the way they got them. Not too nice or considerate.
