Took our 2000 Mercury in with problems that had not been fixed at other Service Centers. Was very happy with the work Ken and his crew did. The car is now running like a champ. Been trying to solve this problem for a year. Their expertise and knowledge straitened the problem right out. I would highly recommend them to others.

Kenny is a great mechanic. Fair, honest and gets the job done quick. On several occasions, he been very fair and not even charged to diagnose the problem. Many shops charge you just to walk in the door! There is a reason Shaffer Auto has been around for so long- go there and see what I mean.
